Division of Surveillance

Surveillance's primary responsibility is to protect the Yakama Nation's assets, employees and patrons within the facility.

Surveillance achieves this through monitoring the activity within each department to ensure full compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.

Each employee is required to complete training on each departments policies and procedures Internal controls, compact, minimum internal controls, standard surveillance operations manual and all table games(Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, Pai-Gow, Caribbean Stud and Let It Ride).

Division of Enforcement

The Enforcement division monitors the gaming establishment to protect the assets, patrons, employees and the overall integrity of gaming. 

The Gaming Agents report and investigate any unusual, suspicious or illegal activity that may occur at the gaming facility and are authorized to detain those individuals who may have violated a criminal law until the arrival of law enforcement.

Completed reports are presented to the Commission for review and action.
